There are some instances where a diagnosis not commonly used might not be showing in the drop down box. In these instances simply email the Administrator and these will be immediately added. In other instances there has not been a linkage established with a listed diagnosis and procedure.
For example:
- (diagnosis) foreign body of soft tissue
- (procedure) debridement of soft tissue
